Purecare Acquires UK Bedding Manufacturer Norfolk Feather

PHOENIX – Purecare has expanded its international presence with the acquisition of Norfolk Feather, a British bedding manufacturer recognized for its feather and home comfort products.

Norfolk Feather, founded as a family business, has been producing pillows, duvets, and textile products for over 90 years. The company combines traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing standards and has a reputation in the UK for reliability and product integrity.

According to Purecare president and CEO Sean Bergman, the acquisition adds the Norfolk Feather name to Purecare’s UK portfolio, supporting the brand’s wellness-focused growth in the region. Paul Lake, head of Purecare UK and Europe, stated that the move brings together Norfolk Feather’s heritage and Purecare’s focus on sleep wellness.

Purecare’s international operations include locations in Canada, Mexico, Central America, the UK, Europe, Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and Mid Africa. Domestically, the company manufactures pillows at its Phoenix, Arizona facility at a rate of up to 2,500 pillows per week to support retail partners with product availability and reliable supply.

Financial terms of the Norfolk Feather acquisition were not disclosed.
