Steve Allegrezza, IHFRA’s Executive Director, interviewed Scott Morris, the well-known retail sales trainer who worked in sales and management at four of the largest furniture retailers and has produced many advanced sales education tools used by furniture and mattress retailers.

The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association, asked Morris to bring to light solutions home furnishings that reps can provide that make the store experience much more relevant to customers. “Everyone needs to be aware of the real problem the whole industry is now facing,” noted Morris. “Store salespeople need to be mentored to make the customer experience more relevant  in light of shoppers having access to so much more information on their Smartphone’s.”

He added, “I’m thankful to Steve and IHFRA for the opportunity to introduce Next Level Training techniques to IHFRA members guaranteed to increase sales of their lines at retail, and help them to become even more valuable to retailers and their manufacturers.”
