Craftmaster Furniture Names Pamela Lee Kale Design Director

Hiddenite, N.C. – Craftmaster Furniture has appointed Pamela Lee Kale as Director of Interior Design for its Southern Roots Division.
Kale brings more than 30 years of experience in design, sales management, and retail ownership to the role. She will focus on assisting interior designers with selection and ordering processes, aiming to support their business growth.
Kale previously served as President of PDL Design Group in Charlotte, N.C., owned Citron & Silver boutique studio in Hickory, N.C., and managed wholesale operations at Warehouse 2120 throughout the Southeast. Her work has appeared on HGTV’s Designer’s Challenge and in publications including Charlotte Place and WNC Magazine.
Kale stated, “Having worked both in design and sales, I understand the needs of trade professionals. My goal is to streamline the ordering process and build design partners’ product confidence so they can succeed and grow.”
Outside of work, Kale enjoys fitness, thrifting, and time with family.
