KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – MLILY USA has announced a series of strategic investments to strengthen infrastructure, expand retail opportunities, and support its growth as a global sleep manufacturer. The initiatives include a new partnership with Fashion Bed Group, a Sinca company, and an expanded presence at the Las Vegas Market.

The new alliance with Fashion Bed Group is intended to enhance support, service, and product availability for MLILY retail partners across Canada. By utilizing Sinca’s industry experience and national infrastructure, MLILY aims to create a localized distribution model tailored to Canadian retailers. The partnership marks a key step in MLILY’s North American growth strategy, beginning with expanded retail engagement and infrastructure support, followed by consumer awareness efforts.

Retail partners are expected to benefit from improved national distribution, consistent access to newly manufactured inventory through Sinca’s Canadian facilities, shorter lead times, and local representation within the Sinca network. Additional training, merchandising, and customer service resources will also be available through the combined efforts of both organizations.

MLILY will ensure that all packaging and educational materials, including MLILY University resources, are available in both English and French. The company will continue to uphold its MAP and MSRP policies to support retailer profitability and margin consistency.

Complementing its Canadian expansion, MLILY USA will increase its footprint at the upcoming Las Vegas Market to support long-term growth and broaden retail engagement. The expansion will provide additional space to showcase the company’s manufacturing capabilities and sleep technologies.

During the January market, MLILY will occupy a total of 22,000 square feet across multiple showroom areas, including 15,100 square feet for the MLILY brand, 5,300 square feet for NISCO, and a new 1,600-square-foot OEM-focused area. The expansion will allow MLILY to demonstrate its design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities at scale to retailers seeking customized product solutions.

The new OEM showroom will highlight proprietary foams, materials, and global production capabilities for retail partners interested in private-label programs or direct manufacturing partnerships.

The MLILY team will welcome visitors to its Las Vegas Market showroom B-900, January 24–29.
