According to Desview, each monitor undergoes rigorous panel screening and full-screen color uniformity control, and is individually factory-calibrated using a hardware 3D-LUT.

There are 3x SDI inputs and 3x SDI outputs. Desview has recessed the inputs and put protective edges around them. The company doesn’t list whether the SDI inputs/outputs are 12G-SDI or only 3G-SDI.

Additionally, there are 2x HDMI inputs and 12x HDMI outputs.

As you would expect, there is the usual array of video assist functions available.
The OL14/OL16 feature eight monitoring modes (single, dual, triple, and quad-view split). They support horizontal and vertical switching, so you don’t need to have multiple monitors.

As far as powering options are concerned, the monitors can be run via a 3-pin XLR DC input, a standard DC locking power cable, or from V-mount or AB Gold mount battery plates.
There are quick-release VESA plates and lots of 1/4-20″ and 3/8″ threads with ARRI locating pins for attaching accessories. The top handle can also be removed, and there are built-in, rotatable feet.

The monitors come with a quick-release sunhood that is fitted with a quick-release and magnets that snap on/off in seconds and protect the screen when packed.

There is a front Tally light that provides three different color signals: red, green, and blue. You can connect to the monitor’s rear interface to check the signal output status.
