Saddle Brook, NJ – Nourison Hospitality’s Glassfall collection was named a finalist in the flooring category at the 22nd annual Hospitality Design Awards, announced by the company on May 13, 2026. The Glassfall collection was selected from more than 1,100 global product and project submissions, with flooring finalists drawn from both hard- and soft-surface categories including tile and timber.

Glassfall was first introduced at BDNY 2025. The collection features patterns inspired by the optical effects of reeded glass, with a color palette based in viridian green and including oxblood, amethyst, and coral red. The line is designed to provide transitional options for hospitality interiors such as ballrooms, lobbies, guestroom corridors, and bars, with patterns intended to be used throughout a single property.

The collection includes multiple constructions, such as hand-carved Axminster broadlooms made from 80% wool and 20% nylon, hand-tufted rugs with color blending and varied pile heights, and Nourmak and Nourmak Plus rugs combining hand-woven and hand-knotted craftsmanship. The Infinity carpet utilizes a two-color, multi-pile height technique to create shaded patterns.

“Glassfall began with a simple observation — the way reeded glass quietly distorts and reorders what passes through it,” said Dipesh Haria, Creative Director, Nourison Hospitality. “Our team translated that idea into pattern, texture, and color across very different constructions, and to be recognized in a flooring category that included the best of the best tile and timber alongside carpet validates the ambition behind this work.”

“Being named a finalist alongside tile and timber, in such a competitive year, is a meaningful recognition for our designers and our manufacturing teams,” said Feryal Rehman, Vice President of Marketing, Nourison Hospitality.

The Hospitality Design Awards ceremony took place in Las Vegas on May 6, 2026. Finalists and winners will be featured in the May/June issue of Hospitality Design magazine. Nourison Hospitality plans to display Glassfall and additional new installations at BDNY in November 2026.
